xThe timeless design of the Montblanc Meisterstuck Classique Bordeaux evokes the history of the Maison, which has chosen burgundy as its signature shade since the 1920s. Since then, this color has remained a key element in Montblanc's heritage. The cap and barrel of the Meisterstuck Bordeaux fountain pen are crafted from burgundy precious resin with distinctive gold-coated details, inlaid with the iconic white Montblanc emblem at the top of the cap. "Distinctive gold-coated" refers to the luminous yellow gold hue that has become a symbol of the Maison's writing instruments.
Shipping and Returns
xSHIPPING:
Shipping starts at €9.90 throughout Italy for all orders. garofalogioielli.it ships to Italy and worldwide via GLS couriers. Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, excluding holidays. On Saturdays, orders are processed only and then shipped by courier on the Monday of the following week. Your order will be ready for shipment within three days of payment. Orders will be carefully packaged and then delivered to the couriers with an invoice detailing prices and discounts.
TRACEABILITY:
You can check the status of your delivery at any time using the GLS tracking service. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES:
The delivery time depends on the destination of the products.
In Italy (DDP) delivery is expected within two days of shipment;
In EU countries (DDP) delivery is approximately expected within three working days from dispatch;
In non-EU countries (DDU) delivery is expected within three working days from dispatch;
In the rest of the world: delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days after shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For any returns for size or item exchanges, please contact the WhatsApp number and request the exchange, which will always be carried out by Garofalo Gioielli e Orologi via courier.
To return with a refund, always contact the WhatsApp number within 48 hours of delivery of the package. Request a return with a refund. The return shipping is at the customer's expense and must be sent to Gioielleria Garofalo, via Medina 67/68, 80133 Naples (NA). Once the return has been received and verified that it has not suffered any damage, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
